Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns (For PHYSICAL products ONLY)

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the final order receipt or proof of purchase included in the return packaging.  

Refunds 

(For PHYSICAL products ONLY.)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

(For DIGITAL products ONLY)

You have 7 calendar days to submit a refund request for any digital courses or programs.

Refunds are NOT ELIGIBLE once any course / program content is consumed. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

(For CONSULTATIONS ONLY)

There are no refunds for 1-on-1 consultations / consultation packages (phone, text, in-person, other)

(For SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY)

There are no refunds on MONTHLY subscriptions. Once cancelled, user will have access until the end of the monthly billing cycle.

For YEARLY subscriptions, if approved, a prorated refund will be initiated, minus months of usage and cost of physical goods. 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping is deducted.
